3. Twist conductors of power cables

4. Power cable insulation extrusion

5. Power cables are connected
In order to ensure the molding degree and reduce the shape of the power cable, the multi-core power cable is generally required to be twisted into a round shape. The mechanism of stranding is similar to conductor stranding, because the diameter of stranding is large, most of the stranding method is adopted. The technical requirements of cable forming: first, the twisted and bending of the cable caused by turning over the abnormal insulated core; The second is to avoid scratches on the insulation layer.

6. Inner sheath of power cable
