    1. Copper and aluminum single-wire drawing of power cables

    The copper and aluminum rods commonly used in power cables are used to pass through one or several die holes of tensile die by drawing machine at room temperature, so that the cross section is reduced, the length is added and the strength is improved.     2. Annealed single wire of power line

    The copper and aluminum monofilament is heated to a certain temperature, and the toughness of the monofilament is improved and the strength of the monofilament is reduced by recrystallization, so as to meet the requirements of the conductive wire core of wires and cables. The key of annealing process is the oxidation of copper wire.

    3. Twist conductors of power cables

    In order to improve the flexibility of the power line and facilitate the laying device, the conductor core is twisted together with multiple monofilaments. The conductor core can be divided into regular stranding and irregular stranding. Irregular stranding is divided into bundle stranding, concerted complex stranding, special stranding. In order to reduce the occupied area of the conductor and reduce the geometric size of the power line, the common circle is changed into semicircle, fan shape, tile shape and compacted circle. This kind of conductor is mainly used in power cord.

    4. Power cable insulation extrusion

    Plastic power line mainly uses extruded solid insulation layer, plastic insulation extrusion primary technical requirements:

    4.1. Bias: Bias value of extruded insulation thickness is the main mark to show the degree of extrusion, most of the product structure size and bias value have clear rules in the specification.

    4.2 Lubrication: The outer surface of the extruded insulation layer shall be lubricated and shall not show bad quality problems such as coarse appearance, scorched appearance and impurities

    4.3 Density: The cross section of the extruded insulation layer should be dense and strong, no visible pinholes and no bubbles.

    5. Power cables are connected

    In order to ensure the molding degree and reduce the shape of the power cable, the multi-core power cable is generally required to be twisted into a round shape. The mechanism of stranding is similar to conductor stranding, because the diameter of stranding is large, most of the stranding method is adopted. The technical requirements of cable forming: first, the twisted and bending of the cable caused by turning over the abnormal insulated core; The second is to avoid scratches on the insulation layer.

    The completion of most parts of cables is also accompanied by two other procedures: one is filling, which guarantees the rounding and invariability of cables after cable completion; One is binding to ensure that the core of the cable is not relaxed.

    6. Inner sheath of power cable

    In order to protect the insulation core from being damaged by armour, the insulation layer needs to be properly maintained. The inner protection layer can be divided into extruded inner protection layer (isolation sleeve) and wrapped inner protection layer (cushion layer). The wrapping gasket replaces the binding belt and the cabling process is carried out synchronously.

    7. Wire armoring of power supply

    Laying in underground power line, the task can accept the inevitable positive pressure effect, can choose the inner steel belt armored structure. The power line is laid in places with both positive pressure effect and tensile effect (such as water, vertical shaft or soil with large drop), and the appliance should be selected with internal steel wire armored structure.

    8. Outer sheath of power cable

    The outer sheath is a structural part that maintains the insulation layer of the power line against corrosion of the elements.
