Find My Tracker is a smart anti-loss tracking device that connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth. Once paired, the Tracker communicates with the iPhone through Bluetooth. When the Bluetooth connection between the Tracker and the phone is interrupted, the system evaluates whether the item may have been left behind based on factors such as distance, surrounding environment, movement status, and notification settings. If the required conditions are met, the user will receive an offline alert or a “Notify When Left Behind” reminder.

        Because Bluetooth signals can be affected by walls, obstacles, human bodies, and the way the device is placed, Find My Tracker does not have a fixed alarm distance. In an open and unobstructed environment, the Bluetooth connection may remain active for several dozen meters or even farther, while in indoor areas, vehicles, or more complex environments, the connection range may become significantly shorter. Therefore, the alert is not triggered simply when the device reaches a specific distance, such as 300 or 400 meters. Instead, the system makes a judgment based on the connection status, location changes, and how long the device remains disconnected.

        To reduce false alerts, the system usually does not send a notification immediately after the Bluetooth connection is lost. It first confirms that the user has actually moved away from the item and that the required conditions are met before sending a reminder. Therefore, Find My Tracker is best used as a daily anti-loss assistance tool rather than a device for precise distance measurement or real-time tracking.
