1. The wire adopts oil-resistant, temperature-resistant and flame-retardant type,Conforms to SGS environmental protection materials, and the wire length meets the tolerance requirements; please avoid the limit tolerance;

2. The wire terminals must not be missed, wrongly inserted, or the terminals are not inserted in place;

3. The uncoated wires cannot be crossed. The main wire is wrapped with flame-retardant cloth-based insulating tape (except for special instructions), and wrapped to the end of the connector to 20-30mm;

4. The terminal is crimped firmly without dislocation, open circuit, short circuit, and the conductivity rate is 100%; the tensile force of the terminal and wire can withstand the national standard tensile test;

5. According to the picture, the heat shrinkable number tube should be sleeved and marked, and the size of the printed characters should be consistent and clearly visible, and there should be no ink drop phenomenon;

6. Other requirements refer to the national standard QC-T 29106-2014;

7. If the drawings are not clear, the details shall be implemented in accordance with our standard process documents;

8. The wiring harness labels are uniformly 80*20, the auxiliary labels refer to the drawings, and the main labels refer to our label coding rules.
